David's passion as the owner of Forever Fit since opening in 1996 has been to create an atmosphere of family within the gym, A "where everyone knows your name" community is felt from the moment you walk in. He brings a no non-sense approach to his clients and truly understands how the body changes both from his experience and from a scientific perspective.
He moved to Atlanta in 1984. Shortly after moving he entered many body building competitions. Among his accolades are the 1989 Mr. Atlanta Heavy Weight Division, the 1992 Mr. Atlantic USA Heavyweight Division and overall winner, the 1992 Mr. Southeastern Heavyweight and overall winner and the 1994 Mr. Georgia Heavy Weight Division.
Robert Grissom is a qualified fitness professional and holds the certified fitness trainer certification from the International Sports and Science Association. A big believer in total wellness, Robert supports a holistic approach to fitness that recognizes and seeks to strengthen the mind and muscle connection. He is no stranger to supervised training having spent several years as a collegiate athlete and amateur boxer which taught him the importance of fitness and helped to create a foundation of personal discipline. It’s this experience that helps him understand how to train and motivate his clients. Robert has more than eight years of experience as a fitness professional. He helps clients maximize their fitness knowledge and potential. Passionate about wellness and its benefits, He provides services that help adults, kids and athletes to systematically achieve their fitness and health goals. An accomplished group fitness instructor, Robert has trained hundreds of fitness enthusiasts in and around the Atlanta area.
Taisto comes to Forever Fit with a B.S. in Exercise Science and Health Promotion. You can find Taisto focused on his clients during their sessions. He knows how to train and prevent injury. He also holds many certifications, including National Strength and Conditioning Association Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA-CPT), Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA-CSCS) and Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification.
Ron is one of our tough trainers. He firmly believes that in order to achieve the best results one must do the things they don't want to do. With his style of training, Ron helps his clients reduce body fat within a short period of time. His motto is, "You only get one body, take care of it." Ron is a certified personal trainer and holds a BS in Health Promotion and an MBA.
Joshua is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified trainer. As a former athlete, he has spent a great deal of time training and learning about fitness and its benefits. Joshua believes fitness is about living better. His fitness approach revolves around creative exercises which challenges clients to reach their goals.
